Memo: Paywerx Rio Grande Valley Payroll Production Plan

Clients and Friends,

We hope this message finds you and yours in good health and good spirits. With the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, Paywerx is continuing with uninterrupted business operations. Our profession is identified as an ‘essential service’ by the Department of Homeland Security as are our delivery carriers (FedEx, UPS and the USPS). Please refer to for our latest updates. We are also communicating with Paywerx clients directly via email, please be sure your Payroll Consultant has your email address on record. Our teams are ready and the safety of our employees, clients, families and communities comes first.

Effective Wednesday, March 25, our Paywerx Brownsville Support Center will provide ALL printing, sorting, packaging and shipping for all clients in the Rio Grande Valley. Clients will no longer be able to pick up their payrolls in our CRI McAllen or Harlingen offices.

Our goal is to serve clients in a manner that is both practical and conducive to your business. Please select one of the 5 options below and communicate this election to your Payroll Consultant.

For clients electing to Pick-up in Brownsville, we will utilize our drive-thru window in the Paywerx Office. As a client arrives, they will be directed to call our team directly and then:
