With the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, Paywerx is continuing with uninterrupted business operations. We are all having to adjust and make changes in order to successfully come out on the other side of this global situation safely and quickly. We’re all in this together!
We take your business and your employee payroll processing very seriously. Our number one goal is to pay your employees and taxes on time, accurately, and efficiently so that it’s one less worry for you.
First and foremost, it is business as usual! Our staff is available during our normal business hours to service you and your payroll needs. We have plans internally in place and in accordance with the CDC workplace guidelines to keep our employees safe and working. For you, this means that your Payroll Consultant and your payrolls will be processed without interruption as you are already accustomed.
We want to assure you that our Paywerx team of professionals will remain available to assist you with your payroll and employer needs.
Our parent company, CRI, has formed a cross-functional team of professionals to construct preparedness plans to ensure continuity of services to our clients, as well as to keep our clients informed of the latest changes as they push down from the federal government. In that regard, they have put together a COVID-19 Resources page, and will update this page with information as things change. Our CRI accounting professionals and Paywerx employer services professionals are continuously monitoring these updates, both at the Federal and state levels, and we aim to communicate their impacts to our client base as the official guidance is determined.
In the interest of “social distancing,” as recommended by the CDC and federal government, to help limit the transmission of COVID-19, we suggest you learn more about our online solutions for your business. Our MyGo App, for example, provides the ability for employees to track time, request time off, and access their pay stubs so you can move to a paperless environment.
